Are the stressors
of being a
Landlord
getting to you?

Managing Tenants

Handling tenants can be a headache. Are you tired of having difficulty collecting rent, tenants damaging your property, tenants not following rules, family issues, or overly demanding tenants? This can be the most challenging part of a landlord’s duties.

Maintenance

Tenants cause damage to your property, and eventually, items need to be replaced, repaired, or updated... not to mention the unexpected expenses. If you have the time, you can save money by doing repairs yourself, but eventually, you'll run into a situation that requires calling a professional.

Passive Income

Everything is great when a property is rented but when your property is vacant, you are still responsible for paying the property's expenses and financing costs, on top of the property taxes, maintenance fees, and unexpected expenses. If the property is vacant longer than expected, it may be a financial burden to maintain the cost of holding the property.

TESTIMONIALS

"Mr. Strickland knew the real estate in the West Chester, PA area very well. His recommendation for a listing price and what measures needed to be done to prepare the property for listing were right on target. We could not have sold our house so effortlessly without him!"
"Recently, Doug represented us in the sale of our house. His personal style is easy to like and his method of convincing us just what needed to enhance the opportunity for a sale proved to be perfect. In addition, Doug brings with him a group of support personnel who exhibit a high standard of work and dedication to making our house a showcase"
"Selling a house for me that was nearly 3 hours from me, Doug was my go-to guy for anything that needed to be done. He helped me find contractors required to do work, easily handled all paperwork electronically, and even laid salt on icy sidewalks to accommodate showings!"
"Doug made selling our house easy. The guy knows stuff in a few different ways. First, we felt like Doug really listened to what my wife and I needed, then he worked diligently to make it happen. His marketing plan for selling our house was way beyond any realtor we talked to. On top of that, he had a great eye for what work was needed to get out of place ready to sell and helped us arrange good contracts for concrete repair, flooring, painting, and professional cleaning. What a relief!"
