2021 is shaping up to be a very historic year for the housing market. There are positive aspects for BOTH buyer’s and sellers. There is EXTREMELY LOW inventory of housing throughout the country which indicates a VERY STRONG sellers market. However, mortgage interest rates are also at the lowest levels in history meaning that buyers have the most purchasing power ever. So, in a nutshell, prices are high and payments are low. This is a good combination of opportunities for both buyers and sellers.

Challenges and Triumphs of 2020
Our contracting resources have always been a unique point of leverage for our clients. We are able to build in value and improve the sales experience for clients through avenues few other real estate agents can offer.

We had some amazing clients in 2020 and created some pretty amazing spaces!!!
